Shipping 

  • Standard shipping calculated at checkout. Shipping is FREE on orders $75 and over!
    • Exclusions to free shipping include Original Size (large) Bogg Bags and Paint.
    • Original Size (large) Bogg Bag/Paint shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is not eligible for free shipping.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change.  Please allow extra processing/delivery time during the holidays. 
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit or once delivered via the USPS, UPS or FedEx.

  • Free Shipping: if you are eligible for free shipping or used a coupon code promotion to receive Free Shipping, your order will ship first class mail or priority mail depending on weight of the package.  Free Shipping orders are not eligible for faster mail services or expedited shipping.

Local Pickup

If you are local to the greater Houston area, skip the shipping fees and pick up your order in person at our flagship store located in Friendswood, TX.  You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick-up. Store located at:

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from the Silver Bee Boutique.  We understand sometimes things just don’t work out, so we are happy to exchange or offer store credit on unused items within 14 days of delivery date. 

  • Online purchases are eligible for exchange or STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original new condition, unworn, unwashed, not altered in any way with all original tags on and/or original packaging intact.
  • No cash/credit card refunds will be issued (returns are for store credit only). 
  • Please note for exchanges, we cannot guarantee other sizes or the item you want will be in stock at time of exchange.  
  • If you are local to the greater Houston area, you may also return/exchange items purchased online at our flagship store located at 180 S. Friendswood Drive, Friendswood, TX 77546 within the 14-day period. Please bring a copy of the original order with you.
  • Returns/Exchanges accepted on in-store purchases within 14 days of purchase (from the date printed on receipt). We are unable to process returns or exchanges without the original receipt. 
  • All returns must be processed through our Returns Portal. Any items mailed back to us without using the portal will not be accepted. 

Re:Do Return Coverage

Online customers have the option to purchase free return coverage for $1.98 at the time of purchase.  Return shipping will be free on that order if the $1.98 is paid for at checkout.  If it is not purchased, you are responsible for the full cost of return shipping. 

Please note that Re:Do return protection is auto added to cart for qualifying items.  If you do not wish to purchase free return coverage, remove it from your cart before checking out.  We are unable to refund or cancel that fee after the order has been processed.

Didn’t check out with Re:Do return coverage?  Start your return through our Returns Portal and you can purchase a shipping label through them with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money. 

Apparel:

*All apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, free of any damages (including but not limited to obvious wear, pet/cigarette/perfume odors, animal hair, stains, makeup, rips) and with ALL original tags still attached – including manufacturer tags.  

*We are not responsible for any damages due to care of apparel.  We recommend reading all care instructions provided on the tag before washing and/or dry cleaning.  

*Shoes must be returned free of any obvious wear, stains, scuffs, or dirt on soles.  Shoes returned using the original shoe box as the shipping box will not be accepted.  

All Other Items:

*Any items returned must have original tags still attached and items must be in their original packaging.  

*Please pack boxed items in another box if returning via mail.  Original packaging must be undamaged.  Items returned using the original packaging as the shipping box will not be accepted.  

Final Sale:

*All Clearance/Red-Tag, Holiday/Seasonal, Custom Orders, Special Buys, Jewelry, Food items and Undergarments are Final Sale.  Items marked Final Sale on the packing slip will not be accepted for return. Any items with a discount of 30% or more are Final Sale. No exceptions.  Final Sale means NO returns or exchanges. 

Sale Items:

*We do not offer price adjustments for any items that go on sale after the date of purchase.  

Other Return Policies:

*If you received free shipping, the amount we paid to ship your order will be deducted from the amount of the return. 

*We highly recommend getting a tracking number on your return package.  We are not responsible for any lost packages while in transit back to us.  

*Please allow 5-10 days transit time and an additional 2-3 business days for your return to be processed. 

*Store credit is in the form of a digital gift card that will be emailed to you. 

Damaged Items:

*If you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately.  Damaged items must be reported before being used or worn and reported to us within the 14-day window.  If they are reported after the 14-day window, items will be considered wear-and-tear and will be ineligible for return.

*Click here for our Returns Portal to report damaged items.  You will be asked to describe the damage and upload pictures before return can be processed.
