Refund Policy

Returns

Please inspect your purchases as soon as they arrive and notify us right away if you have any issues.  We hope you love it, but we know some items just don't work out.  You have 14 days to return either by mail or in store.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

We can either exchange the item or offer store credit.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags.

Items must be unworn and unstained (including make up stains)

Items must not smell of cigarette smoke.

Shoes must be returned in the original box and shipped inside another box to protect the product. 

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

Customer is  responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
