Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping

  • Standard shipping calculated at checkout. Shipping is FREE on orders $79 and over!
    • Exclusions to free shipping include Bogg Bags and Paint (see below).
    • Paint orders under $100 - shipping will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is FREE on paint orders for $100 or more!  Order must include $100 paint products before tax to receive free shipping. 
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days. Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change.  Please allow extra processing/delivery time during the holidays. 
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit or once delivered via the USPS, UPS or FedEx.
  • Please contact us at 281-648-1844 or at online@silverbeeboutique.com if you need expedited shipping options.
  • Free Shipping: if you are eligible for free shipping or used a coupon code promotion to receive Free Shipping, your order will ship first class mail or priority mail depending on weight of the package.  Free Shipping orders are not eligible for faster mail services or expedited shipping.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 180 South Friendswood Dr, Friendswood, TX 77546.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Mon-Fri 10 am - 6 pm and Sat 10 am - 4 pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at online@silverbeeboutique.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.
